Onetime Fee: Our pricing for leasing is half or 50% of the first month's rent, however this fee is not paid until a well-qualified tenant, that you've approved, signs a lease and moves into the property. This fee is similar to the fee paid to a listing agent to advertise the sale of a property and find a qualified buyer except that we're assisting in the search for a well-qualified tenant to lease the property.

Monthly Fee: 10% of the monthly rent.

We provide free listing services for the first two advertisements, followed by a nominal fee of Rs.250 per listing.
